Butler Melnyk is a veteran sports agent with over 15 years of experience specializing in the representation of professional golfers. He is the founder of LongGame Sports Management, a boutique agency built on a relationship-driven approach and a long-term vision for athlete success.
Prior to launching LongGame, Butler spent more than a decade at a major agency, gaining extensive experience in athlete representation, partnership development, and career strategy.
Known for his strategic mindset and personal approach, Butler helps athletes build meaningful partnerships, manage commercial opportunities, and navigate the business of their careers with purpose and perspective.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Butler resides on St. Simons Island, Georgia, with his wife and two sons.
Graham Shurely
Graham Shurley is a golf industry professional with more than 16 years of experience spanning both the competitive and business sides of the sport. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, he earned his undergraduate degree in Sport Psychology and a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Georgia.
Graham began his career with the PGA TOUR, gaining firsthand experience in the operations of professional golf. He is known for his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and his ability to support athletes while navigating the evolving business of the sport.
Graham resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife, Laura, and their three children.
Michelle Allan
Michelle Allan plays an integral role in supporting athletes and managing day-to-day operations, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to everything she does. With over 20 years of experience, she is known for her organization, communication, and ability to anticipate needs—helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and partners.
Michelle is passionate about building strong relationships and fostering an environment where athletes can focus on performance while feeling fully supported off the course.
She resides on St. Simons Island, Georgia, with her husband, Craig, and their two sons. The family is in the process of welcoming their nephew to live with them.
